I studied English Literature at Georgetown University and graduated cum laude.

I then worked as a journalist in sixty-five countries of the world, and I've been an editor for twenty years.

I've also worked as a script doctor for two film-producing companies. This allows me to understand the structure of a good story, which is why developmental editing is one of my favorite things to do. 

As a fiction writer, I will know how to preserve your style rather than killing it with dry grammar rules. We all want a novel that reads well but keeps its own voice. 

I have also written and edited books in many different genres (science fiction, fantasy, thriller, mystery, romance) and can help you end up with the best story for your target audience.
